Trained in law and intellectual property at the université Paris 2 Panthéon Assas, Amélie Capon has been a lawyer since 2009 and holds a specialization certificate in intellectual property law.

Passionate about artistic creation and innovation, she provides creators, companies, and institutions with advice and litigation assistance to protect and secure their immaterial assets (trademark rights, copyrights, image rights, design and model copyright protection, protected designations of origin, and patent law). Also a member of "Club impression 3D et fabrication additive Hauts-de-France" Amélie Capon is particularly interested in the technological impact of 3D printing on intellectual property rights for manufacturers, FabLabs, and service companies.

Amélie Capon lectures on intellectual property to students at both the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree levels at the Institut d'administration des entreprises and the Faculté libre de Droit de Lille.
